The ReThink Education Certification Program is an upskilling teacher training course that empowers learners with 21st-century teaching skills. In contrast to a traditional B.Ed Program that has a theoretical approach, this online certification program focuses on core skills. The focus is on learning by doing and you'll take back concrete actions and strategies you can implement in the classroom for effective learning. You'll build the mindset of an educator and the confidence you need to step into the classroom.
After completing our certification program, you will be equipped with 21st-century teaching skills. These skills can be applied from Grade 1 to Grade 12. You can apply for job vacancies in any K-12 institution including CBSE schools, State Board schools, ICSE schools, International schools and Ekya Schools.
This is a three-month blended program that includes 58 hours of learning. It has 5 key components - Live Instructor-led Sessions, Self Paced Learning, Study Groups, Assignments and an optional Capstone Project. Live sessions and Study Groups are scheduled in evening hours to suit working professionals.
The strategies, frameworks and teaching tools discussed in the Rethink Education Certification Program will cover essential elements that any educator needs to know and will not be specific only to what Ekya Schools use.
