Educator Certification Program has been created with a mission to provide progressive training to educators, school leaders and school systems.

The Educator Certification Program is a 3-month blended certification program designed for aspiring and in-service educators.

Through 3 months, participants will learn essential skills and build knowledge and mindset required to be a 21st Century Educator.

I enjoyed doing activities during sessions and then applied each discussion's learning in my rethink capstone project. It helped me a lot in my daily teaching and enhanced my experience as an Ekya teacher as well.

Throughout the course, my enthusiasm for teaching soared as I was exposed to a wealth of strategies, methodologies, and techniques for creating successful classrooms.

Despite being new to the teaching profession it was easier for me to understand all the topics and I didn't feel out of place. The course is very well designed to provide the right information on lesson planning, classroom management and instruction.

The Program was a truly transformative journey. Stepping into an educator’s role, I explored my educational philosophy, sharpened facilitation skills, and engaged in insightful peer discussions. Highly recommended!
