The Educator Certification Program is a 3-month blended certification program designed for aspiring and in-service educators.
Through 3 months, participants will learn essential skills and build knowledge and mindset required to be a 21st Century Educator.

The ReThink Education Certification Program is an upskilling teacher training course that empowers learners with 21st-century teaching skills. In contrast to a traditional B.Ed Program that has a theoretical approach, this online certification program focusses on core skills. The focus is on learning by doing and you’ll take back concrete actions and strategies you can implement in the classroom for effective learning. You’ll build the mindset of an educator and the confidence you need to step into the classroom.
What grade levels can I teach after completing the ReThink Education Certification Program?
After completing our certification program, you will be equipped with 21st-century teaching skills that can be applied from Grade 1 to Grade 12. You can apply for job vacancies in any K-12 institution including CBSE schools, State Board schools, ICSE schools and International schools.
How is my learning journey designed in the ReThink Educator Certification Program?
This teacher training program is a three-month blended program that includes 58 hours of learning in total. It has 4 key components – Live instructor-led training, Self Paced Learning, Study Groups and an optional Capstone Project. The live sessions are scheduled in the evening hours so as to suit working professionals.
Will the teaching strategies and frameworks discussed be specific to what Ekya Schools use?
The strategies, frameworks and teaching tools discussed in the Rethink Education Certification Program will cover essential elements that any educator needs to know and will not be specific only to what Ekya Schools use.
Is there an opportunity to work for Ekya Schools once this teacher training program is completed?
Ekya Schools is always on the lookout for great educators and completion of the Rethink Educator Certification Program would be a great stepping stone in understanding the scope of a teacher’s role at Ekya. Upon successful completion of the program, you can apply for teaching or non-teaching positions for the next academic year at Ekya Schools.
