By the end of the workshop/course, participants will be able to:

• Define the key elements of a positive classroom culture.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and motivated.
• Implement research-backed strategies to foster positive student behaviors, promote engagement, and enhance academic achievement.
• Develop strategies to address challenges and maintain a positive classroom culture.
• Reflect on their own classroom practices and identify areas for improvement and apply the principles of positive classroom culture to their own teaching.
