After establishing Ekya Schools, we asked what it would take to make a school truly excellent where teachers inspire a love of learning, children feel joy and assessments reveal understanding rather than limit it. We needed a new way of doing things.
We formalised our efforts and founded Ekya Professional Development Institute a platform for educators across India to develop learner-first mindsets, foster meaningful relationships and build dynamic, joyful classrooms. Our training institute was born, not just for our teachers, but for all teachers.
Since 2016, we have trained over 2,500+ educators and leaders, continually rethinking education, classroom design, school culture and learning environments. With CMR University recognition for our PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education, we carry deep conviction: great teachers change everything.
